There are 6 well appointed bedrooms decorated in sober colours. Two of them sit on the basement floor, one more bedroom is on the first floor and the remaining 3 are on the first floor.
Bedroom 1: double bed, bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, access to a terrace with a couple of loungers and a day bed.

For spending time together, there is a living room with a TV and a fireplace. It opens on the ground-floor outdoor lounge are and the pool. The same room houses a dining room with a seating for 10 and a kitchen. The latter one enjoys a central island and all the modern amenities you might need for a laid-back vacation.
The basement floor comes with a TV area and a home gym. The same room enjoys a billiard.
Outdoors
The home enjoys a swimming pool with a shallow area at the entrance that would be suitable for kids. The pool can be heated upon request. Also, it has a sunbathing area with loungers. There are 2 shaded lounge areas, an outdoor dining on the ground floor and a magnificent top floor terrace. The upper terrace benefits from a bar with stools, another lounge area and a Jacuzzi.

Check-in after 16:00. Early check-in fee is 400 EUR, subject to availability. Check- in after 21:00 is 400 EUR, subject to availability.
Check-out before 11:00. Late check-in fee is 400 EUR, subject to availability.
Changeover day is flexible.
Payment Policy
In order to book, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%. The balance is due along with the damage deposit not later than 1 month before arrival.
