The house enjoys around 500 m2 and a plot of 1274 m2 in total. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the property sleeps 10 maximum. The floor are connected by stairs.
The basement floor houses a garage for 1-2 cars, a home gym, a cinema room and a pool room. The same level houses a laundry room and a bathroom with a shower.
The ground floor houses the common areas of the house and the main entrance. The living room enjoys a sitting area, a dining are and an open-plan kitchen. It opens on the outdoor living area with a chill-out and an al-fresco dining.
On the other side of the house, there is the first bedroom. It enjoys a double bed and a private bathroom with a tub and a shower. The room has access to the terrace.
The same floor houses a guest WC.
Finally, the upper floor holds the remaining sleeping area. There are 3 more bedrooms. All of them are fitted with double beds. One of them is en-suite, the other two share a bathroom. Both bathrooms comes with showers.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 55% of the total rent. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security deposit. The Security deposit will be wired back to you minus bank fees, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 (one) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable.
Cancellation less than 1 (one) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
