The house is really huge and comprises a spacious living room, a kitchen, six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. An ample living room with wooden lined vaulted ceiling opens onto a balcony that affords a spectacular view across mountains and valleys. On the lower level, there are three double bedrooms situated below the main living area. All of suites stylishly fitted with contemporary furniture and artwork, have built-in wardrobes and an en-suite shower rooms. Each room has a private balcony with seating that offers stunning views over the sea and down over the garden and pool. At the right end of the pool is a large Sala with bar, built in benches and comfortable seating. In the separate three-storey building you will find three other bedrooms each occupying separate floor. The ground floor suite has a separate dressing area, twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. The other two suites are similar: each with a dressing area, a four poster bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and grey oval shaped bathtub. The house also features totally equipped kitchen and dining area finished and decorated with high quality furnishings, unusual modern artworks and high-end electrical appliances. The whole villa benefits from a Bose sound system that’s piped everywhere including the garden and the Sala. Bophut is one of the few spots on Samui that has conserved some of the island's original Thai-Chinese atmosphere. In reality it comprises two places: Bophut beach and the Fisherman's Village. Perhaps, it is one of the oldest places on the island. The beach stretches between Big Buddha and Maenam for several kilometres. A great place for family holidays, the white sandy beach is lined by a promenade with top restaurants. Bophut is one of the towns in Koh Samui where the Chinese migrants settled and stayed for many years, and recently, many companies have invested in the area. Fisherman's Village, a charming village on the east side of the beach, is fastly gaining a good reputation that stretches way beyond Samui. Undoubtedly, it is the most elegant and well-preserved place on the island. Lined by old wooden Chinese shop-houses, neighbouring with a few modern buildings matching the tone, it has conserved a distinctly Mediterranean feel. This has probably a lot to do with the fact that it was the main French outpost for many years. Take a walk through the Fisherman’s Village and its pleasant streets with a big variety of restaurants, bars and shops. This is a great place to find something unique and meaningful for your loved ones who have stayed home. Many handcrafted items are available there and its quality is generally high. But be prepared to barter for goods at least 20% off their offered price. You will never be bored as there is a big variety of water sports offered here, including jet skis and canoes. Moreover, there are dozens of sport bars, live music venues, all competing for guests' attention. Recently, Bophut has become a centre of yoga practice on the island and number of schools have been opened therein.

Check in/out policy
Guests should assume that the Check In Time is 3:00 pm and Check Out time is 10.30 am (early arrival and late departure will depend upon availability of the villa at the time of arrival or departure). An additional fee may be applicable and will be advised at the time of booking.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a non-refundable reservation deposit of 10% of the total payment and cost three nights stay, unless otherwise specified in the confirmation of availability. During the season of Christmas and New Year, 60% of the villa rental, divided into 10% and 50%, has to be paid to confirm a booking. If the booking is confirmed within 30 days of the arrival date, the whole amount of the villa rental is to be paid at the time of booking. This is applicable for all seasons.
Cancellation Policy
The first part of reservation deposit (10%) is non-refundable. Cancellation within 31 days or more before the beginning of the rental period, all payments are forfeited but credited for 9 month from the date of the cancellation confirmation. The credit value can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation, during any period upon availability and solely for the villa initially reserved. Cancellations between 30 and 1 day prior to arrival and early departures are charged at 100%.
