Luxury Holiday Lets Koh Samui : Located right on the beach, this modern villa boasts a wonderful tropical garden with an L-shaped pool and a cozy Thai sala. The luxury house sleeps up to 10 people. Two bedrooms are located next to the pool, while the other three are situated in another pavilion. The pavilion of the other side of the pool houses a living-dining room and a totally-equipped Siemens kitchen. Two bedrooms are outfitted with double bed. the other have two single beds each. The master bedroom enjoys a double bed, a walk-in closet and a make-up table. The room accesses veranda and has an ensuite bathroom fitted with a bathtub and a shower. The luxury villa in Koh Samui features five complete bathrooms, an outdoor shower and two guest toilets. The marble-floored living-dining room has a sitting area for 10 guests with a TV with international channels and a DVD player and a dining area. The holiday let benefits from an open-lounge with a built-in bar, stereo system, iPod dock and an al-fresco dining area for 10. There is one vehicle parking space at the entrance of the villa.

As Mae Nam is somewhat remote, you will neither see crowds of tourists nor traffic around this area. Such degree of privacy is unavailable anywhere else and is perfect for a quiet vacation. The turquoise water and lush greenery attract many nature photographers. This area keeps alive its authentic atmosphere. Despite its relative tranquillity, Mae Nam hosts a great choice of places to spice up your holiday. The area is rich in dining, shopping and nightlife facilities, attractions and activities. Among them, there is a popular and buzzing weekly Walking Street and an award-winning Barracuda Restaurant as well as thrilling watersport activities. The Walking Street is only a couple of hundred metres long but you will find here lots of interesting stalls, snack vendors and even mobile cocktail bars. There is something for everyone in Mae Nam. Moreover, it is also quite close to the famous party venues at Koh Phangan. Mae Nam is home to the 18 hole Santiburi Championship Golf Course with its spectacular sea views of the island from its unique club house viewpoint. It’s worth climbing up even if you’re not a golfer, at least to enjoy its great drinks and food.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than one (1) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
