There are 7 sleek bedrooms, all of them are en-suite. The house sleeps 14 adults maximum. All the bedrooms are fitted with double beds and come with Egyptian cotton bedlinen.

The house features a comfortable living room with a sitting area, a dining area and a totally equipped kitchen. There is a TV room, an office room and a gym. The laundry facilities include a washing machine, a dryer and ironing facilities.

This unit sits around 10 minutes away from Marbella centre, in its Eastern part. The area is called Los Monteros. It is particularly famous for the same-name 5 star hotel and tennis courts. The beach is only around 10 minutes´ walk away so it s a good option for people that do not want to get problems with parking.
The first supermarket is approximately 5 minutes away by car, the first restaurants is located on the beach. In fact, there are several beach clubs and restaurants in the area. You will find the Nosso beach club offering summer vibes and Trocadero Arena known for it s impeccable cocktails in the area.
