This house for rent in Puerto Banus is ideal for a family vacation. It is located in a gated community and offers total privacy and security within a walking distance from the beach and the famed marina of Puerto Banus. This Marbella villa rental is only 11 minutes away from the old town and less than 20 minutes´ drive away from several top-rated golf courses.  The house is laid on two floors. There are six bedrooms and five bathrooms plus a guest WC. Three bedrooms are outfitted with king-size beds, the other three come with twin beds. The entertainment areas include a living room with a sitting are and a game area one step up. Further on, you will find a dining room and a totally equipped kitchen. It features all the electrical appliances and kitchenware one might need for a carefree vacation in Marbella area. Outside, the villa rental features an adult swimming pool and a shallower children swimming pool, a furnished relaxation area, a BBQ and an al-fresco dining area.

This house is located in Puerto Banus, just 11 minutes´ drive form Marbella Old Town and 3 minutes´  drive from Puerto Banus marina. The property benefits from proximity to several shops, restaurants, cafes, golf courses and the beach. Set in a gated community, the villa enjoys total privacy. Malaga international airport and Gibraltar international airport can easily be reached in less than an hour drive. For grocery, there is a big supermarket located by the marina, El Corte Ingles, and if you fall on it, once a month there is an ecologic food farmer market held in Nueva Andalucia.

Concierge-Service

Endreinigung: Final cleaning is included when the villa is left in acceptable conditions. If the villa is not treated respectfully, left very dirty and the trash is not taken out, additional cleaning of 100 EUR will be retained from the security deposit.

Andere: Extra bed is available upon request (50 EUR per night per person (pre booking is required, subject to availability)).

Check in/out policy

Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 12:00.
Early check in (upon availability 150 EUR, payment on spot, confirmed latest 72 hrs before arrival). Late check-out (upon availability 250 EUR, payment on spot, confirmed latest 72 hrs before arrival).

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance. The Security Deposit will be block on a Credit Card at arrival.

Cancellation Policy

All the cancellations must be made in written. Failure to pay the amounts on time, send a written cancellation or present a valid ID upon arrival shall be considered a cancellation made by the guests. The refundable amounts will be given back to the guests within 10 days from the cancellation. For normal rates: In case of cancellation three (3) or more months before arrival, 35% of the rent is non refundable. In case of cancellation less than two (2) months before arrival but more than one (1) month before arrival, 65% of the rent is non refundable. In case of cancellation one (1) month before arrival or less, or in case of no-show, 100% of the renta is non-refundable. For special rates: 100% of the rent is non refundable. Changes of reservations are not accepted.
