The first bedrooms is fitted with a king-size bed; it has an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub with a shower faucet, a jacuzzi bath and a bidet. The second bedroom has two single beds and a bathroom with a bidet, a bathtub with a shower faucet. The third bedroom offers a queen-size bed and accesses a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower faucet. The living room becomes a perfect entertainment area with its books, DVD player, games, stereo system with a music library and TV with international channels. The kitchen is totally equipped and has a 4-burners hob, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a fridge and a freezer, a kettle, a microwave, an oven, a toaster and a set of kitchenware and tableware. The inside dining room is outfitted with a table for eight, the garden houses outside dining facilities and several furnished chill-out areas. The property boasts a private pool, a BBQ area and a garage.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
