Benefiting form an elevated position and marvellous views over the sea, coastline, Gibraltar and Africa, the villa is only 20 minutes away from some of the best beaches of Costa del Sol. It boasts marble floors, domotics, underfloor bathroom heating and Versace furniture pieces. Covering 700 m2 on three levels, the holiday property sleeps 10 people. The main floor houses an entrance hall, a spacious living room with a floating fireplace shared between the living and the dining room, a kitchen, a laundry room and a terrace. There are stairs from the terrace to the garden and pool areas. There is a guest WC. The upper floor has three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms fitted with walk-in showers. The master bedroom, in addition, enjoys a Jacuzzi bath. The lower ground floor enjoys two further bedrooms. both come with en-suite bathrooms and have direct access to the garden. Outside, there is a BBQ, garage for two vehicles accessible from the house. There is an additional parking by the gates and off-street. Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 35% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 25%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 (one) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 (one) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
