It is a second beach line villa and enjoys proximity to the sea, several cafes and restaurants, shops. Marbella centre is easily accessible by car and is only about 2,5 km away. There are 360 m2 and 3 levels. The house enjoys hot/cold AC and a parking space.

Marbella Old town is only about 2,5 km away. It is walkable for good walkers and if no, a car will bring you there in less than 5 minutes. Both Marbella and Puerto Banus have many luxury shops and good supermarkets. The nearest supermarket is just at the top of the residential. For a wider choice of international foods, head towards Corte Ingles at Puerto Banus.
The beach is just a short walk away. The house is on the second line. The sea promenade down the house enjoys several cafes and restaurants. There are loungers and umbrellas for rent.
