This cozy villa rental sits by Marbella in the area of Costabella. A walk to a sandy beach housing a beach cafe will take you only 6 minutes. Marbella lies only 7 minutes´ drive away and the famous Puerto Banus is about 15 minutes away. The house has AC, Internet, fireplace and a private swimming pool.

The house sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms. One fo them features a king-size bed, the second one comes with a double bed, while the third one enjoys twi single beds. There are 3 bathrooms - one enjoys a bathtub, while the other 2 come with showers.

Living areas

The common villa spaces include a living room with a sofa and a fireplace. It features a TV with satellite channels in Spanish and English. Also, there is a totally equipped kitchen with a dining area for 6. It has a fridge freezer, a toaster, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a kettle, kitchenware and cutlery.

Outdoors

The house enjoys a private garden with a small pool. It enjoys a sunbathing area with loungers.  The indoor living area opens on an al-fresco dining terrace with a table for 6 and a sofa. Please, note there are 4 steps to arrive at the pool area from the house. There are 2 open-air parking places.

This cozy family villa for rent is located next to Marbella, on it s east side. It belongs to the area called Costabella and benefits from proximity to a sandy beach that lies about 600 m away. The beach enjoys a pop-up restaurant called "chiringuito" in Spanish and offers sun loungers and umbrella rentals.
Marbella offers a wide range of first need facilities, bars and restaurants, shops and private clinics. It is only 7 minutes´ drive away from the house, while Puerto Banus known as the jet-set reunion summer spot is about 15 minutes´ drive away.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than 1 month before arrival, the reservation deposit is non refundable.
In case of cancellation 1 month before arrival or less, the total rental amount will be retained.
