This renovated farmhouse, or masia, sits in one of the most sought-after areas of Costa Brava, Pals. It is a great villa rental for a big family or several couples. The village and some first need facilities are only about 5 minutes´ drive away. The property consists of 2 buildings - the main house of around 450 m2 and an annex of 235 m2. You can either rent the main house or both parts together. They share a garden of 1050 m2 with a plunge pool and beautiful common spaces.
The main house
Ground floor
This part of the property is set on 2 levels. The ground floor houses a small entrance area that leads to a chill-out, once a kitchen. It has conserved authentic pieces of equipment including a hob, an oven and a fireplace. Further on, there is a storage room and a guest WC.
The same floor houses a spacious living room with a sitting area, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen. The sitting area enjoys sofas, a fireplace and a TV. Right at its back, there is a dining table for 12. The kitchen enjoys a central island ideal both for cooking and breakfast and a wide rage of amenities. It has an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, a Nespresso coffee maker.
Bedroom 1: king-size bed (can be split into two single beds), wardrobe, writing desk, AC, bathroom with a shower, bidet, WC.
Bedroom 2: king-size bed (can be split into two single beds), AC, bathroom with a shower, bidet, WC.
The laundry area has a washing machine and a dryer, iron and a drying rack.
Upper floor
This level enjoys a hall that leads to the sleeping area. The main house has 5 bedrooms.

The annex
The annex enjoys a living room, a kitchen with a dining area and 4 bedrooms, all come with private bathrooms.

The kitchen enjoys an island, an oven, a hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, kitchenware and tableware. The dining table seats 8. There is AC.
The living room has a sitting area with sofas and a TV, a fireplace and a card games table. There is a staircase leading upstairs.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
