Main house
The main house enjoys 5 bedrooms and a games room connected to the lower floor bedroom that enjoys a double bed.
Bedroom 1: lower floor, double bed, bathroom with a bathtub in front of the room, direct access to the garden.
Bedroom 2: lower floor, games room with a billiard, double bed, bathroom with a shower in front of the room, direct access to the garden.
Bedroom 3: upper floor, master, double bed, sitting area with a TV and a fireplace, bathroom with a shower.

Further on, the right wing enjoys a living room with a TV and a sitting area. The room opens on the terrace, the garden and the house main entrance.

The annex is distributed over 2 floors. The lower floor houses the living area, while the upper floor enjoys the bedroom.

Tgliche Reinigung: Maid service of 4 hours per day from Monday to Saturday is included. There is no cleaning on Sundays nor bank holidays.
Steuern: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.
