Within a short drive to Peratallada, Pals and Begur, this luxury vacation rental Costa Brava is a completely restored and refurbished masia. The ground floor houses a kitchen with a dining area and an interior BBQ. It opens on a big terrace with an al-fresco dining. The kitchen features a gas stove, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, utensils, pots and pans. Further on, there is a reading room opening on the terrace, a spacious living room and a TV sitting room. The living room opens on the terrace and the garden of the front part of the property. The same very floor has two connecting bedrooms. One has a double bed with a bathroom with a shower, the other one has a single bed of 90 x 200 cm, a play area and a bathroom with a shower. Further sleeping facilities are located upstairs. The first one is the master bedroom benefiting from a extra-long king-size bed (180 x 210 cm), a private sitting area with a TV and a bathroom with a shower and a tub. It opens on a terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds (90 x 200cm) and enjoys a bathroom with a shower. The third one comes with a double bed and also has a bathroom with a shower. The fourth bedroom is fitted with a double bed. The main house benefits from AC, laundry facilities and a parking area.
Outside, the luxury vacation rental Costa Brava enjoys a wonderful garden, a private swimming pool of 8 x 4 m, a summer kitchen with a BBQ. The property has an annex with a living room with a fireplace and an open-plan kitchen. There is a double bedroom with a king-size bed bathroom equipped with a shower. The property enjoys 230 m2 of floors and about 70 m2 of terraces.

The capital of the area with various shops, markets and cafes, la Bisbal d´Emporda, is only 8 minutes away. Illa Roja beach is about 15 minutes drive away while Sa Riera and Sa Tuna beaches can be reached in about 19 minutes. Emporda Golf is located 11 minutes away, Golf Platja de Pals and Pals beach are 16 minutes´ drive away and a trip to Pitch and Putt of Gualta and its entertainment area with segway and electric bikes will take you about 14 minutes. The nearest airport is Girona-Costa Brava, 45 minutes away. Barcelona can be reached in about one hour and a half.

Additional Information

Tgliche Reinigung: Maid service of 4 hours per day from Monday to Saturday is included.

Steuern: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.

Mietkosten: Water, electricity and Internet are included.

Concierge-Service

Endreinigung: A final cleaning for stays of one week and over is included. A final cleaning for shorter stays shall be paid, 100 EUR.

Andere: Only main house bedrooms have AC.

Check in/out policy

Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 10:00.
Changeover day is Friday.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
