Get outside, on one of two marvellous terraces and have some sun, enjoying a glass of delicious Spanish wine or warming up on not-less-delicious Spanish sun. This apartment sleeps up to 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms with large double beds that share a bathroom with a shower. Two more people can be accomodated on a comfortable sofa-bed in the living-room. There is also an open-plan totally-equipped american kitchen and a dinig area furnished with very elegant and non-kitchy pieces. There is grey, there is black, there is white. Absolutely stylish. Eixample is a safe and residential part of the city but there is also a vibrant nightlife and a thriving cafe culture. Eixample is a beautiful barrio to wander round, take in the glorious architecture and people-watch from one of the many cafe terraces. Paseo de Gracia is the main street in this area which is the hart of Barcelona. This is the most emblematic street in Barcelona within walking distance from Las Ramblas, Plaza de Catalunya and Diagonal Avenue. Nowadays Paseo de Gracia is famous for being home to the majority of Barcelona s Art Nouveau masterpieces, and a high-class residential and shopping area. Along this road are La Pedrera and Casa Batllo, two of Gaudis characteristically dreamlike buildings. Rambla de Catalunya is a another major street in the area Eixample and one of the city s trendiest streets, with many international fashion shops and lined with lime trees and caf terraces. It can be seen as an extension into the Eixample of the famous Las Ramblas. Barcelona spreads out like a fan of sensations for everyone: for the most adventurous and the most relaxed, for beach and mountain lovers, for art enthusiasts and for those who enjoy the day or who come alive at night.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 15% of the rent in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent in cash.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 72 hours or less before arrival 100% of the total rent shall be paid.

The apartment itself was beautiful, the two terraces fantastic. Would definately stay here again. Maybe a little more information, i.e. Rubbish disposal, was the water O.K. to drink straight from the tap? and possibly better quality towels/soap for bathroom.

Hi The service from Natalia was excellent, although it would have been nice to put a face to the name and meet her. I thought she would be checking us in. The apartment is exactly as described (even better than in the photos) in a lovely street and central. The only problem I found is that it is in a noisy location (traffic) which went all night, so it was hard to get a peaceful night's sleep. This may just be how it is to live in Barcelona, but it would be useful for people to know this. Perhaps it would also be useful to have some TV channels in other languages (English, Dutch, etc).

Our experience has been a very positive one. The booking and arrangements were very straight forward and all went to plan. The apartment was exactly as it was displayed on the web site. It was very clean and very beautiful. The outdoor space and the loungers and chairs were perfect. It was also a fantastic location.
