Housing up to six people, the place comprises three bedrooms, two bathroom, a guest toilet, a dining room with an American kitchen and a living room. The master bathroom is fitted with a queen-size bed and has a bathroom with a bathtub. The bedroom boasts a sitting area and a small lovely terrace. The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen-size bed; it is located in front of the third bedroom with two single beds. They share a bathroom with a shower. The dining area sits up to six people. The kitchen is equipped with cutting edge appliances. You will find a fridge with a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a hob, a kettle, a toaster, a juicer, a coffee maker. Among the laundry facilities, there is a washing machine and a dryer, an iron and an ironing board.

Eixample is a safe and residential part of the city but there is also a vibrant nightlife and a thriving cafe culture. Eixample is a beautiful barrio to wander round, take in the glorious architecture and people-watch from one of the many cafe terraces. Paseo de Gracia is the main street in this area which is the heart of Barcelona. This is the most emblematic street in Barcelona within walking distance from Las Ramblas, Plaza de Catalunya and Diagonal Avenue. Nowadays Paseo de Gracia is famous for being home to the majority of Barcelona s Art Nouveau masterpieces, and a high-class residential and shopping area. Along this road are La Pedrera and Casa Batllo, two of Gaudis characteristically dreamlike buildings. Rambla de Catalunya is a another major street in the area Eixample and one of the city s trendiest streets, with many international fashion shops and lined with lime trees and caf terraces. It can be seen as an extension into the Eixample of the famous Las Ramblas. Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% (divided into two parts, 10% and 40%) of the rent  in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent either in cash or by credit card.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable.
In case of cancellation 72 hours or less before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit, 100% of the total rent shall be paid.
