Crete Luxury Villa

This modern luxury villa in Crete is situated within just one km from the beach and a small village with all the traveler essentials. The property is distributed over 200 m2 and enjoys four bedrooms. Two bedrooms of the vacation rental have a king-size beds, the other two come fitted with twin beds that can be pushed together upon request to make king-size beds. All the bedrooms come with electric blinders and private bathrooms plus there is one more additional bathroom. Three of them are equipped with shower cabins, the other two have both shower cabins and bathtubs with shower faucets. All the bathrooms have WC. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, a microwave, a hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, pots and pans and tableware. A child´s high chair can be provided upon request. The common areas include a living-dining room with a TV sitting area, a gym and a games room. The gym is equipped with a treadmill and astatic bike. The entertainment facilities feature baby-foot, board games, table tennis, TV with international channels, WIFI, Sonos stereo system and Playstation PS4 video games. Outside, there is a private solar-panel heated pool and a Jacuzzi with a Bluewave stereo system and LEDs for the private use of the guests of the luxury house in Chania area. There is an al-fresco shower on the side. Further on, you will find an al-fresco dining area with a BBQ, a fridge and a sink. The laundry facilities include a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. All the windows have anti-mosquito nets and are made with a special technology to reflect the sun to keep the house fresher in summer. the house is equipped with an alarm for your security. There is AC in all the rooms.
