You will find the sleeping area downstairs. There is bedroom with a king-size bed. Its bathroom is fitted with a bathtub. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, but its bathroom enjoys a shower. The bedroom has access to the garden with a playgroud for kids featuring a slide and a swing. The third bedroom is outfitted with two single beds and has a bathroom with a shower. There is a walk-in wardrobe. The fourth bedroom is an independent studio with two single beds. It benefits from a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower. The Crete vacation rental has a home gym with a multifunctional trainer, treadmill, abdominals trainer and some light weights. Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 45% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 30%. Twenty one days (21) before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security deposit via bank. The security deposit will be wired back to you minus bank fees, shall no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 21 days before arrival date: 30% of the total rent is not refundable. Cancellation 21 adys before arrival or less: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable. All the cancellations shal be done in written in order to be considered valid. Early termination of the stay is considered to be a cancellation less than 21 days before arrival.
