Luxury Rentals Cyclades : Rent a truly unique place, a real windmill on Santorini for your holidays. The villa is distributed over three floors and enjoys a private pool with hydro-massage and wonderful sea views being just in 800 m from the beach. The house sleeps up to six people. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a toilet, a kitchen, a dining area and a living room. All the bedrooms are fitted with double beds with eco-friendly mattresses and feather pillows and benefit form AC, the upper floor bedroom doesn´t have a high ceiling and will be perfect for children. The bathrooms are equipped with showers, for your comfort they are stocked with Apivita amenities. The living room has a TV, JBL docking station and satellite channels. The villa also has a telephone, free WIFI and AC. The kitchen is well fitted for the cooking lovers and those who cannot miss breakfast. There is a hob, an oven, a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee machine, kitchenware and tableware. The pool enjoys jacuzzi jets.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than 21 days (for the months June, July August, high season hereinafter) or 14 days (for the months April, May, September, Octobe, low season hereinafter) before the arrival date, the first part of the reservation deposit equal to 15% of the total rent is not refundable. In case of cancellation 21 days (high season) and 14 days (low season) or less prior to the arranged arrival date, 65% of the total rent is not refundable. In case of no-show, the total rent is non-refundable. Non Refundable bookings are prepaid upon confirmation and no amount of money is returned.
