Luxury Villas Santorini : Benefiting form a jacuzzi and a private terrace, this cozy holiday home is set right in Megalochori known for its traditional Cycladic architecture and beloved by the sailors of all the times. The eco-friendly villa sleeps up to four guest. There are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. Both bedrooms feature queen-size beds with mattresses and pillows by COCOMAT and 3D smart TVs, the bathrooms are stocked with eco shampoo, shower gel, soap and lotion. The living room enjoys a TV sitting area with satellite TV and a DVD and a Blu-ray player. For the cooking lovers, there is a well equipped kitchen with a hob, an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a fridge, a kettle, a microwave, kitchenware and tableware. The terrace has the traditional built-in sofa with COCOMAT mattresses, umbrellas, loungers and al-fresco dining area. The house enjoys AC and wifi.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance. The security deposit of 500 EUR is paid by credit card or is left in cash upon arrival. Children under 5 years old stay free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than 45 days before arrival 45% is retained. In case of cancellation less than 45 but more than 31 days, 70% of the total rent shall be paid. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, in case of no show or an earlier departure, the total rent is non-refundable. Non-refundable bookings are prepaid upon confirmation and no amount of money is returned.
