The holiday accommodation features double glazing to ensure no city noise will disturb you, wifi and free Greece-mainland phone.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property. For the high season, 100% of the total rent shall be paid upfront.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date, the reservation deposit is not refundable. In case of cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date, 100% of the total rental price is not refundable. The high-season bookings are non refundable.
