This level features a kitchen, a dining area for 8, an open-plan living room and outdoor areas. Also, there is one guest room and a staff room that is used by the live-in staff member. The room has individual access to the kitchen. The kitchen comes with a island, high chairs, wine fridge, fridge, hob, kitchenware and tableware.
Bedroom 1: master, built-in queen- size bed, safe box, walk-in closet, ceiling fan. panoramic sea views, en-suite bathroom with rain shower and double vanity, access outdoors.
Lower floor
You will find the second bedroom there and the gym with a bathroom with a shower and access to the patio.

Guest annex
Further 3 bedrooms sit there. It is attached to the main house and sits in a partially underground structure.

We are in the northern part of the island, above Tourlos and Agios Stefanos. The main town of the island and the airport are around 10-12 minutes away, the new port is just 4 minutes away. The island can be reached by plane or by sea.
The northern part os the island has fewer buildings that makes it more serene and wilder yet within a very short distance to Myconian vivid life.
Mykonos town with its white-washed streets invites the guests for warm evening strolls. It houses various luxury boutiques, small shops, cafes and restaurants.
