The flat benefits from AC and heating systems, a telephone (calls abroad are to be paid apart), radio, an audio system with an iPod dock and a wifi connection. The place sleeps up to two people. There is one comfortable parquet-floored bedroom fitted with a king-size bed. It has a sitting area with a sofa, TV with satellite channels and DVD, and a tea table.
