On the third floor, there is the terrace with open air kitchen, dining table for eight people, BBQ, jacuzzi, sala with large swing. The property has a free maid service and free parking. Check-in is normally 2:00 p.m. and check-out is 10:00 a.m., but it's possible to accommodate alternate arrangements under most circumstances.

Payment Policy

To confirm reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 35% of the rental, divided into 15% and 20%, is required for bookings made more than 8 weeks in advance. The remaining balance must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to your arrival. Full payment is required upon booking if your arrival date is less than 8 weeks away.

Cancellation Policy

The reservation deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations between 8 and 4 weeks prior to arrival will be refunded 50% of the remaining payment. Cancellations within 4 weeks prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of the full amount of the booking. If after a cancellation another booking can be done, at the same financial conditions, refund will take place for the full amount of the rental.
