The house is equipped with a 14,5 x 5 x 1- 2,4 m pool with a Jacuzzi, a bar, a home cinema with satellite channels and an outdoor entertainment area with a pool table and a foosball. In addition, there is BBQ area with al-fresco dining facilities for 10 and a small kitchen. The property has five bedrooms, all of them are ensuite and have safe boxes, TVs with DVD players and hairdryers. The master bathroom enjoys a Jacuzzi bath and a separate shower. The other bathrooms are equipped with rain showers. For the foodies, there is a totally equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining table for 10.

This area is quiet, so it would be perfect for a tranquil vacation. You can do swimming and snorkelling whenever you want, as the water here is warm and calm all year long. There are a few local restaurants where you can try traditional Thai food. If you would like to discover the rest of the island, the closest towns are Nathon with its fascinating authentic village atmosphere and old teak Chinese shop-houses and cafes and Maenam. The well-known Bophut lies a bit further.

Flughafentransfer: Private, insured, direct airport transfers to and from the villa are complimentary (one each way). A villa manager will meet and greet you at the airport ensuring your transfer to the villa is smooth and effortless. For split parties (i.e. parties with multiple arrival or depature times) additional (or where complimentary transfers not applicable) airport transfers can be booked for US$45 each way.

Bettwäsche und Handtücher: Bed linen is changed every third day, while pool towels are changed as necessary.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 40%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than one (1) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
