Distributed over three levels, the property features four bedrooms, four bathrooms,a guest toilet, a totally equipped kitchen, a home cinema, an open-plan living-dining room, games room with a pool table and a working area. All the bedrooms are outfitted with king-size beds, a single bed for a kind and a baby cot can be addeed upon request. Two bedrooms have private gardens. The master bedroom boasts a private outdoor Jacuzzi and has an adjacent office area that can be converted into a child´s bedroom. The otehr bathrooms have rainshowers and bog bathtubs. The luxury house benefits from a yoga platform and a meditation area and is surrounded by beautiful gardens featuring various furnished areas. Atop the house, there is a sunbathing deck perfect for summer relaxation and cocktails. There is a big salt-water infinity pool right in front of the house and a parking at the villa entrance.

Baan Plai Laem is an excellent place to enjoy silence and tranquillity, something that is becoming harder and harder to find on Koh Samui. Here you won't see large hotels or resorts, no construction cranes. If you want to enjoy natural beauty of a tropical island beach, this is a perfect destination for you. The white and sofat sandy beach stretches for 2 km. Thanks to its coral reefs, the water is warm and calm, so it’s great for swimming and snorkeling. You’ll catch a sight of some occasional Thai fisherman or visitor passing by, but it’ll seem like your own private beach. This place is perfect for relaxation and if it all becomes too private and peaceful, you can reach the bustling area of Chaweng in fifteen minutes or Bophut in ten. Both of them have a big variety of restaurants, bars and nightlife options. The beach enjoys some local shops selling basic necessities within a walking distance. A bit longer walk will take you to a few bars and restaurants. There you can get the best seafood in the area. As the sea is pretty shallow in this part of Koh Samui, there are no jet skis and motorboats around, so the area stays quiet all day. It is a great place for sunbathing and reading.

Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than one (1) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
