The apartment offers a totally equipped kitchen with a fridge and a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a juice squeezer, tableware and kitchenware pieces. The laundry facilities include a washing machine and an iron. The apartment benefits from a furnished terrace with an al-fresco dining area. The building has a lift leading directly to the apartment and a garage.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 40% in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent in cash or by credit card. The safety deposit shall be blocked on the credit card upon arrival. 

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation less than ONE week (1) before the arrival date: the total amount shall be paid.
