This modern Mallorca villa rental enjoys exclusive surrounding. It sits in the north-east part of the island and benefits from proximity to a golf. The guests of the villa will enjoy access to its country club featuring a wide range of services. The house itself has around 460 m2, the plot is about 1.800 m2 and enjoys lovely valley views. Smart house, the property also enjoys the finest finishings and heated floors in all the rooms, heating and AC.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The property comes with 5 bedrooms and sleeps 8 - 9 people. Four of them are double, 2 of which are en-suite. One of the bedrooms can be laid out as a twin bedroom. The other 2 share a bathroom. Moreover, there is one more single bedroom usually used for staff as it is a bit simpler. It comes with a bathroom and a storage area.

Living areas

The living areas include a spacious living-dining room with a sitting area, a fireplace and a dining table for 8 - 10 people. The entertainment facilities include a DVD player, WIFI, TV and a stereo system.
Further on, the villa features a totally equipped kitchen. It has a fridge freezer, a wine fridge by Liebherr and a wide variety of electric appliances by Siemens. There is a central island ideal both for cooking and having breakfast. Also, there is a laundry area.

Outdoors

Outside, the villa houses a private swimming pool of 40 m2. It benefits from a wooden deck and a sunbathing area with some loungers and a parasol. The first floor enjoys a terrace with a small al-fresco dining area overlooking the pool.

Club House

The guests of the villa enjoy access to a club house with a gym with a fitness area and a yoga room, an indoor heated semi-Olympic pool, an outdoor pool and a Jacuzzi. In addition, there is Turkish bath and a sauna. The club also comes with a healthy food restaurant, a kids club, a tennis and a paddle. The club facilities are available upon request, some require a fee, that depend on the season, please, enquire.

This Mallorca charming villa is situated in North-East of the island. It sits within a short drive to a golf course with a club house and the beach of Canyamel. The club house offers a wide range of facilities and services (some require a fee, please, enquire) and a serene setting. The nearest grocery shop is in Canyamel and the trip there will take you about 5 minutes by car. CAnyamel beach is around 1,7 km away.
Mallorca Airport is about 55 min drive away, while the town of Palma is a bit more than 1 h drive away. The renowned tennis academy of Rafa Nadal and the town of Manacor where you will find some first-need facilities are around half-an-hour drive away.

They are NOT included and shall be paid apart and confirmed by the club. Please, enquire.

Check in/out policy

Check in between 15:00 and 22:00.
Check-out before 12:00.

Payment Policy

In order to book, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%.
The balance is due no later than 1 month before arrival. The security deposit shall be paid at arrival along with the City Tax.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than 1 month before arrival the reservation deposit is not included.
Inc ase of cancellation 1 month before arrival or less, in case of no-show or early departure, the total rent will be retained.
