It comfortably sleeps 10 in five double bedrooms; all of them enjoy en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts a separate dressing area with a custom-made walk-on closet. Additional Information
Tgliche Reinigung: One or two housekeepers will be taking care of the house 8 hours a day. Additional hours shall be paid apart.
Steuern: All the taxes are included.
Mietkosten: Water, electricity and Internet are included.
Privater Koch: Private cook, kitchen staff and waiter services 8 hours a weekday are included. Additional hours shall be paid apart.
Andere: Captain services for tender and water sports for 8 hours a weekday are included. Garden and pool maintenance for 8 hours a weekday are included. Mechanic´s services 8 hours a weekday are included. Additional hours shall be paid apart.

Payment Policy
In order to book the island and the villa, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%. The second payment (further 30%) is due no later than three (3) months before arrival by wire transfer. The last payment (remaining 20% + expenses allowance) is due no later than one month before arrival. A failure to pay on time is considered to be a cancellation provoked by the guests. The security deposit against damages will be reimbursed within 15 day after your departure shall no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the amounts paid are non refundable.
