This holiday home sits in a residential area next to Jesus village. Perfectly close to Ibiza town and Talamanca beach, the property is perfect for those not wishing to spend too much time in the car. It benefits from an ample garden, a private pool, a BBQ, a Sonos sound system, a gym and a mini club.
The villa comprises of the main house of around 400 m2 and the annex of around 80 m2. There are several lounge areas and a parking.

The property caters to 14 people. It enjoys 6 bedrooms in the main house and 2 more bedroom in the annex. The annex enjoys a sitting area with an open-plan kitchen. Three main house bedrooms sit on the first floor, the other three are on the ground floor.

The common areas of the annex include a sitting area and an open-plan kitchen.
Finally, the villa enjoys a small club area and a gym with some free weights and stretching equipment.
