Luxury Villas Ibiza : Located in an exclusive residential area, sitting alongside villas of famous Ibiza residents, this house enjoys gorgeous views over Dalt Villa (Old City, the sea and Formentera. The outside area features a swimming pool (10 x 5 m), a big jacuzzi for eight, two ample chillout areas and a barbecue area. The house comprises six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a guest toilet, a kitchen. a dining room and a living area. Four bedrooms are located on the ground floor. One bedroom has a king-size bed, another one has a queen-size bed, while the other two are fitted with two single beds each. The upper floor houses two more bedrooms. One of them is outfitted with a king-size bed, while the other one has a queen-size bed. All the bedrooms have AC; wifi, safe boxes, video alarm systems, stereo systems and TVs with DVD players. There are five bathrooms with showers, one bathroom equipped with a bathtub with a shower faucet and a separate shower. The outside area features three showers. One is situated y the pool and jacuzzi, the second one is set in between the palm trees in the patio and the third one is next to the wonderful sauna, on the terrace with view over Formentera. You will find a set of entertainment pieces in the living area. There are books, audio tape player, a CD player, a DVD player, table games for adults and games for kids, a TV with international channels, a stereo system and a radio. The dining area sits up to 12 people. The kitchen is fitted with various modern appliances. There is a four-burners hob, a blender, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a fridge and a freezer, a grill, a microwave, an oven, a toaster and a set of kitchenware and tableware. Among the laundry facilities, the house offers a washing machine and a dryer, an iron and an ironing board.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 40%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
