Changeover day is Saturday, flexible whenever possible.
Payment Policy
In order to book, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%. The balance is due no later than 2 months before arrival along with the damage deposit.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non refundable. In case of cancellation 2 months before arrival, in case of a no show or in case of shortening of the stay or an early departure, the paid amounts are non refundable.
