Luxury Villas Marbella : A luxury rental house surrounded by beautiful mature garden offers an abundance of space with the tranquillity for extremely comfortable stay. It is located within a short drive from the old town of Cancelada with its multiple gourmet restaurants and cafes, overlooking the fairways of Los Flamingos Golf Course with amazing mountain and sea views. This luxury villa can house up to 16 people in 8 bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes. A master bedroom is outfitted with king-size bed, TV and has en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, two basins and bidet. All other bedrooms have queen size beds. Through the entrance hall with vaulted ceiling you wil get into the living room. There you will see two seating areas, a TV, Hi-Fi, Sky satellite and fireplace overlooking the patio, pool area and garden. You can access the dining room from the kitchen or lounge. The kitchen is fully-equipped with oven, gas hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, crockery, pots and pans, glassware, cutlery, coffee maker. There is also an utility room with two washing machines, tumble dryer, clothes hanger, iron and ironing board. There are several patios, equipped with BBQ over look the pool, terrace and lawns. The property boasts a great swimming pool with sunbeds and parking.

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of
50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 45%. One (1) month
before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security
Deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the
reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than one (1)
month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not
refundable.
