Holiday Rentals Costa Brava: Located in 450 m from the beach and city centre, in a quiet residential area enjoying a shared pool and a garden, this vacation letting is thought for those who travel with their family. The villa for rent has five bedrooms. Two of them are fitted with double beds (one is ensuite), the third one features a trundle bed and a single bed, while the other two bedrooms have twin beds. There are three bathrooms, two of them are equipped with bathtubs, one is outfitted with a shower. The holiday rental enjoys a totally equipped kitchen fitted with a fridge freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a hob, a toaster, a coffee maker, kitchenware, tableware and various utensils. There is a breakfast area with a table. The living-dining room benefits from a spacious sitting area with a TV with internation channels. Outside, you will find two furnished lounge terraces. We are in a charming Costa Brava province called Girona. Forget about your work, forget about the everyday routine, dip into your dreams. Be closer to art – travel to the fisher village of Cadaques, the shelter of Salvador Dali, Pablo Picasso and Federico Garcia Lorca. Feel the mystery and go to the ancient Besalu, and have a look at its famous Roman bridge. Touch the medieval architecture of Peratallada and breath the herbs smell being in the air during its Herb Festival. Go to Palafrugell and explore its narrow streets that have been fortified long ago. Visit the St. Martí's church built in the 11th century. Go to Llafranc, loved so much by Salvador Dali And Ernest Hemingway, and have a nice stroll along the sea. Visit one of the various museums and galleries. Go to the stunning secluded rocky coasts near Tamariu and Begur. Get into the crystal clear water, considered the purest of the region. Enjoy the marvellous views of the enormous vertical cliffs getting down into the sea and covered with pine trees. Don´t forget about the impressive Costa Brava monastery Sant Pere de Rodes, located en El Port de la Selva. Move on to L´Escala and visit its port full of small ships. Pass by Ampurias ruins. Be a sportsman and play golf and table-tennis, do snorkelling or deepsea fishing. Go horseriding or diving. Become a sommelier for some time and taste delicious wine, indulge yourself and go for gourmet food and do a lot of other things that you have always wanted but could´t find any time.

Additional Information
Steuern: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.
Mietkosten: Gas, water, electricity are included. The use of the heating or any heater or radiator shall be paid apart on the meter reading. Wifi is available upon request and is NOT included and shall be paid apart at 50 EUR.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher: Bedlinen and Towels are NOT included and shall be paid apart at 16 EUR per person and set.
Endreinigung: Final cleaning is included.
Check in/out policy
Check-in after 16:30 - 20:00.
In case of a late arrival, please, contact us to get the instructions for how to get the keys.
Check-out before 10:00.
Changeover day is Saturday.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together. The Security Deposit will be guaranteed with a credit card upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
