The studio has one bedroom with a king-size bed and sleeps up to two people. There is a bathroom equipped with a shower. You will find a hairdryer for your comfort. The place features a living room with satellite TV and a DVD player and a dining area thought for six people. The studio comprises a totally-fitted kitchen where you will find a fridge and a freezer, a hob, a toaster, a coffee-maker, a microwave and various utensils, cutlery and tableware. The further facilities, a laundry is equipped with a washing machine, an iron and ironing board.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance. The Security Deposit will be paid upon your arrival in cash. You will be refunded upon your departure, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 (one) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 (one) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
