An impeccable vacation villa in Costa Brava with a spa access and a private pool is awaiting for you next to a beautiful town in the area of Baix Emporda. Any service that you might dream about can be provided. You can get a fantastic breakfast reading fresh international newspapers either in a resort located right near the house (included in the price) or in the villa itself (an additional charge might be applied); a relaxing, lymphatic, body-shaping, shiatsu, facial or any other massage or spa ritual. Enjoy exfoliation, gym activities, yoga and pilates classes, hammam, water care treatments and a sauna, soak in a jacuzzi bath or dip into the heated swimming pool (care card treatments and activities are subject to an additional charge). And after all that, conceit your senses in one of the two restaurants within the resort (the villa is a part of it). There are five double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, and a master bedroom ( 180 x 190 cm bed) with a private library and a fireplace, a dressing room and a bathroom outfitted with a jacuzzi bath in the villa. In two of the bedrooms there are queen-size beds (160 x 200 cm and 160 x 190 cm), there is one bedroom with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) and two more bedrooms with two single beds in each beds (two beds of 100 x 200 cm and two beds of 80 x 180 cm respectively). The luxurious house comprises a spacious hall with a grand piano, a living room with a library area, a fireplace and a fantastic terrace facing the south and the magnificent National Park of Les Gavarres. There is a totally-equipped kitchen connected with the main, interior dining room and and an outside dining area where you will be able to have a lovely al-fresco dinner. There are various terraces and furnished areas, a summer kitchen, a barbecue area and a tennis pitch in the garden. The resort area surrounding the house covers around 10 hectares; 3 hectares of them are assigned to the gardens, 5 hectares are alloted to the kitchen garden, and the other 2 hectares are covered with the forest. There is a polo field, stables with horses and a riding hall where you can even take horseriding classes.

Forget about your work, forget about the everyday routine, dip into your dreams. Be closer to art – travel to the fisher village of Cadaques, the shelter of Salvador Dali, Pablo Picasso and Federico Garcia Lorca. Feel the mystery and go to the ancient Besalu, and have a look at its famous Roman bridge. Touch the medieval architecture of Peratallada and breath the herbs smell being in the air during its Herb Festival. Go to Palafrugell and explore its narrow streets that have been fortified long ago. Visit the St. Martí's church built in the 11th century. Go to Llafranc, loved so much by Salvador Dali And Ernest Hemingway, and have a nice stroll along the sea. Visit one of the various museums and galleries. Go to the stunning secluded rocky coasts near Tamariu and Begur. Get into the crystal clear water, considered the purest of the region. Enjoy the marvellous views of the enormous vertical cliffs getting down into the sea and covered with pine trees. Don´t forget about the impressive Costa Brava monastery Sant Pere de Rodes, located en El Port de la Selva. Move on to L´Escala and visit its port full of small ships. Pass by Ampurias ruins. Be a sportsman and play golf and table-tennis, do snorkelling or deepsea fishing. Go horseriding or diving. Become a sommelier for some time and taste delicious wine, indulge yourself and go for gourmet food and do a lot of other things that you have always wanted but could´t find any time.

Tgliche Reinigung: Daily cleaning of 6 hours per day 6 days a week is included.
Steuern: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 0,75-1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.
Mietkosten: Gas, water, electricity and Internet are included.
Frühstück: A breakfast is served in a spa resort located by the villa.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance. The Security deposit will be withdrawn from your credit card and will be returned to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
