Bedroom 1: king-size bed, TV, access to a balcony with sea views, bathroom with a bathtub, another bathroom with a shower and a dressing area.
Bedroom 2: queen-size bed, TV, access to a balcony with sea views, bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 3: twin beds that can be pushed together to make a queen-size bed, access to a balcony with sea views, bathroom with a bathtub.

Next to it, there is a totally equipped kitchen.

Families traveling with children should note that the cove cannot be accessed directly by car; a short walk is required from the parking area to reach the beach. The sandy beach of Llafranc is around a 5-minute drive away, while Tamariu beach can be reached in approximately 9 minutes.
The first shops, cafes, and basic amenities are available in Llafranc. For more extensive shopping and services, the nearby towns of Palafrugell and Platja d’Aro offer a wide variety of options, including supermarkets, fresh food markets, decoration shops, pharmacies, sports equipment stores, and many other essential services.
Costa Brava is easily accessible by car from both Barcelona Airport and Girona Airport. Andere: The house has AC in the upper floor bedrooms and the disco area. The lower floors (common areas and the bunk bedroom) have NO AC.

Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 10:00.
Changeover day in high season is Saturday. All the other periods are flexible.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
