The property is a traditional restored masia that benefits from beamed ceilings and stone walls that give it a special charm. The villa enjoys a spacious garden with a private swimming pool nd a wonderful tree-lined alley leading to the entrance. This luxury home Costa Brava enjoys heating tht makes it a perfect place for winter holidays.
Ground floor
The lower level features a totally equipped kitchen with access to a terrace. Further on, the same floor houses a laundry with a washer/dryer and a drying rack. In addition, there is a games room and a guest WC.
First floor
This level comes with a spacious living-dining room, a kitchen with access to a covered terrace, and 5 bedrooms. 3 of them feature queen-size beds, one comes with a double bed and the other one enjoys 3 bunk beds. The latter one is a perfect place for the children. The level has 2 bathrooms with showers.
Second floor
Further on, there are 2 more doble bedrooms upstairs. Both enjoy private bathrooms and sitting areas. The house is perfect for 12 adults and 6 children, so 18 people in total.
Outdoors
As all the masias in Catalonia, this house enjoys a big garden. It has a BBQ and an al-fresco dining table. Right by, there is a small chill-out area. The villa rental enjoys a private swimming pool with loungers.
