This luxury vacation rental in Spain was built in the fifties by a famous architect Josep Pratmarso I Parera. It comes with a private pool, a tennis court and a gym and is located in a quiet area just within a 5 minutes´ drive from the beach. Surrounded by greenery, boasting lawns and lightened gardens, the Catalonia holiday house is perfect for a family vacation and sleeps up to 14 people. The luxury rental in Costa Brava is distributed over two levels and covers 630 sq.m. It consists of the main house and an annex, a studio, enjoying an independent entrance. The property boasts original floors, and pieces by Philippe Starck, Ludwig Mies van der Rohe and other famous designers. There are seven double bedrooms and six bathrooms in total. The first floor houses the living-dining room featuring a fireplace and a TV area with satellite TV and a DVD player with a library. The room is connected with the totally equipped kitchen. You will find a coffee machine, a microwave, an oven, a hob, a hood, a fridge freezer, a toaster, various utensils, kitchenware and tableware pieces. The same floor houses the guest wc and one of the bedrooms. There are some steps leading to this room. It is fitted with two double beds and benefits from a wardrobe and a shower. Upstairs, there is the master bedroom with a dressing area. Its bathroom has a shower, there is a separate toilet. The bedroom boasts a spacious balcony overlooking the pool area and partially the sea. Some steps up, you will find the rest of the bedrooms. Two of them have private bathrooms with showers (one of them has a shower in the bedroom space), the other two share a bathroom. There is a separate toilet. The studio is a prefect option for children and sleeps up to two guests. There is a king-size bed. A private bathroom with a shower comes with it. Outside, you will find an al-fresco dining area, a charcoal BBQ, a lounge area with a bed and a great pool of 11 x 4,5 m with loungers. The holiday villa features a private tennis court and a home gym with some light weights, a bycicle, a fitball, a pilates machine and other pieces for excercises. A parking area for four vehicles is provided. There is a video entry system. Please, note that the house has been partially refurbished, all the bathrooms are new and have showers, some pieces of decoration have been changed and do not coincide with the pictures.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.

House especially made for rental. Very practical. Really enjoyed pool and tennis court. We had a problem with ants but was quickly solved. Would highly recommend .
