The wellness facilities include an infinity pool, a home gym, a sauna and a Turkish bath. Housing eight, the property has four bedrooms, all of them come with private bathrooms with bathtubs plus there is an additional bathroom. The master bedroom is located upstairs and occupies the whole floor. Its bathroom enjoys a jacuzzi. All the bedrooms are fitted with double beds, one bathroom enjoys a jacuzzi. Among the common areas, there is a sunlight living room with a sitting are and a TV with international channels and a dining area. The house has an American kitchen fitted with a fridge freezer, a hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a cooking island with a hood, various utensils, kitchenware and tableware. The holiday home is equipped with AC, heating and wifi throughout the house. Among the laundry facilities there is an iron and an ironing board, a washer and a dryer. The property has a garage with two lifts, one is for the guests while the other one is to bring a car down to the garage.

Tgliche Reinigung: General daily cleaning on weekdays is included in AUGUST.

Steuern: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Catalonia from 16 years old.

BI-wchentliche Reinigung: General cleaning twice a week is included in JUNE and JULY.

Endreinigung: Final cleaning is included.

Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 11:00.
Changeover day is Saturday.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
