Endreinigung: Final cleaning is included. For stays of less than 7 nights a final cleaning of 60 EUR shall be paid apart.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 40% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance. The Security Deposit shall be left in cash at arrival. The Security Deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property, at check-out.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation more than one month before arrival, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation one month before arrival or less, the total rent is non refundable.
