The kitchen of the apartment has all the utensils and cutlery that you might need. It sits in a luxury residence benefiting from an interior garden, outdoor swimming pool (not heated), bar, restaurant and meeting rooms. There is a small fitness room.
The building houses original works of African art that gives this building exotic and special airs. The African art collection is combined with works from local artists such as Guinovart and Francesc Guitart which will make you experience magical and spiritual.
The property can be different from the pictures as there are several units on rent in the building. Some units have bathrooms with a jetted tub while others come with a shower.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 20% of the rent in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent either in cash or by credit card.
For non- refundable rates, the total amount shall be paid upon confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 72 hours before the arrival date: the amount of the first night is to be paid. CC details shall be provided upon reservation as a guarantee for a cancellation.
Non-refundable rates are not refundable in case of cancellation.

Very nice property in the city centre for two. We came for a romantic weekend so the spa area and the pool were right what we needed. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes; they are especially lovely on the pedestrian street Enric Granados right by.
