A spacious penthouse with a fantastic furnished terrace overlooking Rambla de Catalunya, a semi-pedestrian street so much in vogue nowadays. The holiday rental was totally refurbished, but the main modernist details, like doors and windows, typical for the area, were conserved. The property houses up to eight people. There are five bedrooms featuring two queen-size and four single beds. Two single beds in one of the rooms can be pushed together upon request. The apartments comes with three bathrooms, two of them are fitted with showers, the third one enjoys a bathtub. The property boasts fabulous common areas. There is a living room divided into a sitting area and a dining area with a table for eight and a totally-equipped kitchen. You will find a fridge and a freezer, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a hob, a toaster, a kettle, a juice squeezer, kitchenware and tableware pieces. The apartment enjoys two terraces. Eixample is a safe residential part of the city but there is also a vibrant nightlife and a thriving cafe culture. Eixample is a beautiful barrio to wander round, take in the glorious architecture and people-watch from one of the many cafe terraces. Paseo de Gracia is the main street in this area which is the hart of Barcelona. This is the most emblematic street in Barcelona within walking distance from Las Ramblas, Plaza de Catalunya and Diagonal Avenue. Nowadays Paseo de Gracia is famous for being home to the majority of Barcelona s Art Nouveau masterpieces, and a high-class residential and shopping area. Along this road are La Pedrera and Casa Batllo, two of Gaudis characteristically dreamlike buildings. Rambla de Catalunya is a another major street in the area Eixample and one of the city s trendiest streets, with many international fashion shops and lined with lime trees and caf terraces. It can be seen as an extension into the Eixample of the famous Las Ramblas. Barcelona spreads out like a fan of sensations for everyone: for the most adventurous and the most relaxed, for beach and mountain lovers, for art enthusiasts and for those who enjoy the day or who come alive at night.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 40% in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent in cash. A transfer prior to arrival (no less than one week) is available upon request. The safety deposit shall be blocked on the credit card upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation less than ONE month (1) before the arrival date: the total amount shall be paid.
