It is located on the second floor of a Modernist building with a lift and a concierge (from 9:00 till 19:00 on weekdays). You enter using an electronic key or your personal code and find yourself in a small hall that leads either to the living room or the sleeping area. The living room of this luxury apartment for rent is furnished with a sofa and comfortable armchairs. There is a smart TV (42´) with satellite channels, wifi connection and a webcam (Skype and Social networks access), iPad and a HIFI music system (Apple, 4 and 5, and USB ports). The dining area comfortably sits up to five people. The living room opens on a small french balcony with a table and two chairs whee you will be able to enjoy your morning coffee. It overlooks La Pedrera. The kitchen is located next to the living-dining room. It is toally equipped with all the modern amenities and utensils that you might need during your stay. There is a hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge and a freezer, coffee machine, toaster and various kitchenware and cutlery pieces. There are three complete bedrooms. The first one is outfitted with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) with a 24 cm mattress and Egiptian cotton bedlinen. This bedroom is adjacent to a bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub and a shower, a wc and a bidet. There is a hairdryer. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90 x 200 cm each) with viscoelastic mattresses of 21 cm and Egiptian cotton bedlinen. The beds can be put together if you prefer a double bed. The third bedroom has a rolling bed that can either sleep one adult or two children (90 x 200 cm each). There is a latex mattress of 14 cm. The bedlinen are made of the Egiptian cotton. All the bedrooms are furnished with wardrobes. The second and third bedroom share a totaly equipped bathroom with a shower, wc and bidet.
