The master bedroom has a double bed and enjoys a closet and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is fitted with twin beds and can be laid out as a double bedroom upon request. The third bedroom has a single bed and a small working area with a writing desk. The bedrooms share the other bathroom fitted with a shower. The vacation rental in Barcelona has a living room with a sitting area and a 3D TV. It also enjoys a dining area and a totally equipped kitchen. The latter one has a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker, a hob, an oven, pots and pans and various utensils. The apartment is perfectly locted n the city center close to Passeig de Gracia, Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas and enjoys an easy access to various bars, restaurants and sightseeing points of Barcelona.

Paseo de Gracia is the main street in this area which is the hart of Barcelona. It can be seen as an extension into the Eixample of the famous Las Ramblas. In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 72 hours or less before arrival 100% of the total rent shall be paid.
