Eixample is a safe and residential part of the city but there is also a vibrant nightlife and a thriving caf culture. Eixample is a beautiful barrio to wander round, take in the glorious architecture and people-watch from one of the many cafe terraces. Paseo de Gracia is the main street in this area which is the hart of Barcelona. This is the most emblematic street in Barcelona within walking distance from Las Ramblas, Plaza de Catalunya and Diagonal Avenue. Nowadays Paseo de Gracia is famous for being home to the majority of Barcelona Art Nouveau masterpieces, and a high-class residential and shopping area. Along this road are La Pedrera and Casa Batllo, two of Gaudis characteristically dreamlike buildings. Rambla de Catalunya is a another major street in the area Eixample and one of the city trendiest streets, with many international fashion shops and lined with lime trees and caf terraces. It can be seen as an extension into the Eixample of the famous Las Ramblas. Additional cleaning on weekends can be organized for 30 EUR per service.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 20% of the rent in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent in cash or by credit card.

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation one month (1) before arrival or less, the first night shall be paid.

We had a great stay. Loved Barcelona. Much nicer than Madrid and so much more fun. The apartment was great. A couple things that could be better. The bath was pretty filthy and needed to be cleaned by my wife before we used it. The TV in the lounge room isn’t plugged in so it doesn’t work. There is a bit of noise from the people upstairs. Outside of that, the location is great and the place is very well laid out.

The apartment was centrally located in Barcelona and in excellent condition. The owner could not have been more helpful. I would certainly stay again and will recommend the apartment and your service to friends.

Amazing property. Have some room to grow: map for guests to take/use, local phone or concierge to help us make reservations. Wifi did not work most of the time. We still enjoyed our stay very much.
