It will take you just five minutes walking as maximum to get to Entenca o Hospital Clinic Metro station and less than 7 minutes to walk to the Shopping Mall el Corte Ingles. This 75 sq.m apartment houses up to four people. There are two bedrooms ideal for a family with children. One of them is furnished with a double bed, while the other one has a bunk bed. The apartments overlook the park nearby, so they are very lighty and not noisey. There are two wide balconies offering you lovely views. Minimalistic in design, this luxury place has it all for a calm and comfortable stay. There are two bathrooms, a living-dining room and a totally equipped American kitchen. You will find a dishwasher, cofee maker, microwave, kettle, fridge and freezer, pots, pans, cutlery and many other necessary equipment there. There is a sitting TV area in the living-dining room. The apartment has AC and heating. You will be secure there as there is an Intercom Door System. The property can be slightly different from the pictures as there are several units on rent in the building.

Eixample is a safe and residential part of the city but there is also a vibrant nightlife and a thriving cafe culture. Eixample is a beautiful barrio to wander round, take in the glorious architecture and people-watch from one of the many cafe terraces. Paseo de Gracia is the main street in this area which is the hart of Barcelona. This is the most emblematic street in Barcelona within walking distance from Las Ramblas, Plaza de Catalunya and Diagonal Avenue. Nowadays Paseo de Gracia is famous for being home to the majority of Barcelona's Art Nouveau masterpieces, and a high-class residential and shopping area. Along this road are La Pedrera and Casa Batllo, two of Gaudis characteristically dreamlike buildings. Rambla de Catalunya is a another major street in the area Eixample and one of the city's trendiest streets, with many international fashion shops and lined with lime trees and caf terraces. It can be seen as an extension into the Eixample of the famous Las Ramblas. In case of cancellation the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 72 hours before the arrival date or less: the amount of the first night is to be paid.
