Premium rentals Paseo de Gracia: Located in a historic building in the heart of Eixample, one block from Paseo de Gracia known as the most luxurious street of Barcelona, this holiday home gives you a feeling of complete luxury. The apartment was rehabilitated and redecorated by a prestigious interior designer. The place benefits from contemporary and elegant, but very comfortable furnishings. Suitable for five people and a baby (a cot is provided on demand), this parquet-floored apartment boasts a stylish entrance that passing by the kitchen with a dining area leads to a spacious and bright living room with access to a big and well-furnished terrace. There are two double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom and a dressing area overlooking the terrace. The bedroom is outfitted with a king-size bed. The other double bedroom has two single beds that can be put together shall you need a double bed. The third bedroom is furnished with a single bed; there is a small working area. The latter two bedrooms share a bathroom. The living room has a lounge area with comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV and a Home Cinema and Satellite channels.The apartment has a washing machine at disposal. There is wifi and AC, and you will not be disturbed by the noise from outside as there is double glazing.

Eixample is a safe and residential part of the city but there is also a vibrant nightlife and a thriving caf culture. Eixample is a beautiful barrio to wander round, take in the glorious architecture and people-watch from one of the many cafe terraces. Paseo de Gracia is the main street in this area which is the hart of Barcelona. This is the most emblematic avenue in Barcelona within walking distance from Las Ramblas, Plaza de Catalunya and Diagonal Avenue. Nowadays Paseo de Gracia is famous for being home to the majority of Barcelona's Art Nouveau masterpieces, and a high-class residential and shopping area. Along this road are La Pedrera and Casa Batllo, two of Gaudis characteristically dreamlike buildings. Paseo de Gracia is a place where stores, shops, boutiques, restaurants, terraces and public transport can be found. It is well connected by major underground and bus routes. Staying at Paseo de Gracia will be assured by easy access to this lively Mediterranean city and a great spot to explore everything that this fantastic city has to offer. Paseo de Gracia is the main street in the area called Eixample which is the hart of Barcelona. This area is made up mostly of wide, open boulevards filled with modernist architecture. There is a lot of high end shopping. But it's also possible to stroll through and drop in to a bookstore or stop for a cup of coffee or a beer and people-watch from one of the many terrace cafes. It can be seen as an extension into the Eixample of the famous Las Ramblas. Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% (divided into two parts, 10% and 40%) of the rent  in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent either in cash or by credit card.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 72 hours or less before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit, 100% of the total rent shall be paid.

I appreciated your flexibility with my reservation. The apartment was wonderful and ideally located. However, the person checking us in was not aware that we had made a booking for five. Why I don''t know. Luckily, everything was ready, but it was probably more coincidence than planning on your side. Other than that, we had a most pleasant stay and we will certainly recommend you.

Hello, Everything about your company and staff was perfect. The only disagreement of our stay was the noise due to the facade restoration, but we found a deal with Amarantelva. You can maybe improve your website by showing a plan of the apartments, which could be a good complement of the photography’s. Hope it would help ! Best regard Véronique
