Paseo de Gracia is the main street in this area which is the hart of Barcelona. This is the most emblematic street in Barcelona within walking distance from Las Ramblas, Plaza de Catalunya and Diagonal Avenue. Nowadays Paseo de Gracia is famous for being home to the majority of Barcelona s Art Nouveau masterpieces, and a high-class residential and shopping area. Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 20% in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent either in cash or by credit card.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation one month (1) before arrival or less, the first night shall be paid.
