There are no cars, no city rush. You will get a vertigo once here even if you are not susceptible to it as you breath the fresh countryside air. Is it raining and you think you have a bad luck? Then you are absolutely wrong: prepare a delicious barbecue using the herbs growing right here, next to you and enjoy it in the house, listening to the rain pattering the windows. Sit down all together near the fireplace and tell each other things you have been desirous to say but could't manage because you had no time, because you were not all together and because of a lot of other reasons. Take some sun and get bronze tan, as if you had spent you holidays somewhere on a luxurious beach, lying near the sea all the time. See with your own eyes what the natural splendour means: follow your way to Valls de Montcau, el Moianes, l Alta Anoia, Paisatges del Ter, Portes del Montseny and many-many other magnificent places, isolated from noise and so close to the civilization. Move down to the coast, to the farmer-and-fisher land Garraf, stupendous Penedes enwreathed with the grape-vine, Los Valles, rich of natural treasures and architectural heritage, Maresme and the pacific El Baix Llobregat.

Additional Information
Steuern: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 0,75-1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 40% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 25%. The rest shall be paid in cash upon arrival together with the security deposit, that will be given back to you upon departure, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation 15 nights before arrival or more, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation less than 15 nights before arrival, 100% of the rent must be paid, but the dates of stay can be changed upon request (subject to availability).
