Ronda itself is situated in about 14 km and Marbella and Puerto Banus are located not so far away, only about 50 km, but the road leading to them is very curvy and does not let much room to speed up. Ronda features cafes and restaurants and the nearest supermarket can be found in the new part of Ronda. Malaga and its airport can be reached in about 1 h 20 min. A trip to Granada with its indescribable Alhambra and narrow-streeted Albacyn will take you a little bit more than 2 hours and Sevilla, the capital of Andalusia, can be reached in 1 h 45 minutes.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. the Security Deposit will be wired back minus bank fees upon your departure, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 (one) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 (one) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
