This Marrakech vacation villa is situated in the heart of the exclusive Palmeraie known for its great golf courses. Benefiting from a private heated pool, a gym, a hammam, a spa, a paddle court, broadband WIFI and vast manicured gardens, this fully staffed property for rent is decorated as a traditional riad with some eclectic elements and pieces of work of some local artists. It sleeps up to 16 people. There are seven bedrooms in the main house, all come with a dressing room, a bathroom and a private terrace. Some of them boast fireplaces. The pavilion situated in the garden has another bedroom that sleeps two. It features a terrace, a plunge pool, a sitting room and a kitchen. The entertainment facilities of the villa include a games room with board games, a bar and a billiard, a table tennis, a paddle court, WIFI, a stereo system and two home cinema rooms with a great library of DVD movies. The property boasts a spa with two treatment rooms and a wide care card including massage, manicure, pedicure and other options. The gym is fitted with Technogym equipment and features a treadmill, a static bicycle and some free weights. The swimming pool is 16 x 6 m and benefits from loungers and Indian daybeds. The villa is located in an estate shared with two other villas but benefits from total privacy.

Payment Policy

The reservation deposit for the property is 40% payable in two steps (20% and 20%). The rest together with the security deposit against damages is payable no later than one month before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than one month before the arrival, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellations less than one month before arrival, 100% of the rent is detained. All the cancellations shall be done in written. Failure to pay the balance on time is considered to be a cancellation made by the guests.
